A New Growth Paradigm

Lately - and way too often - I find myself in a conversation and the person I'm speaking with will refer to the "new normal". For the record - I AM NOT fan of this saying.

Successful entrepreneurs know there is NO SUCH THING AS normal. We are constantly tweaking every formula in our business including but not limited to Lead Generation, Sales Strategy and Tactics, Financial Management, Staff Succession Planning - and the list goes on.

We have witnessed a great deal of change and it is ongoing - but change is nothing new if you've been working for yourself for any time at all.

Since March of 2020, when I have conversation with our client base, I get two very specific questions:
1) How are you going to stay in business?
AND
2) Do you think we're actually going to be able to grow our business in the middle of this mess?

These are both great questions and I have very specific answers.

We are a B2B business that helps other businesses grow. So, to a degree we have been insulated from a great deal of the contraction we've seen. It never really occurred to me that we wouldn't stay in business.
We will make any and every change necessary to adapt to the times - in real time - to make sure we DO stay flexible so we can bend and adjust in real time to the changing economic landscape.
Here we are, 5 months later, still kicking and not just thriving with our core businesses - but actively launching a new entity to meet the needs we are seeing in the marketplace.

Of course we will grow our business and you should too. The opportunity to grow is possibly greater now than it was pre-covid. As a team, we possess a certain collection of very specific skills.
And we work hard to figure out how those skills can be put to use. With or without Covid - we believe in FREQUENTLY "tweaking the formula" and making sure that we are in position to take advantage of emerging needs in the market.

I guess I could write a separate book about this. But I'd rather talk with you about it. If you're interested in "continuing the conversation" click on the link below - and let's talk. To quote John "Bluto" Blutarsky,
"It don't cost nothin".

I look forward to speaking with you.
